Brand Strategy Alex Klein
The Challenge
Although Alex enjoys his job as an AI trainer, he is always exploring where his ambitions lie. He once considered starting his own coaching business, but he dislikes the terminology around coaching and, beyond that, his ideas for the concept were not fully thought out.
Let's meet, we'll see where it goes
I mostly collaborate with founders who are fully committed to starting or have already built a business. With Alex, it was more interesting to shape the idea itself. As someone who is gifted, he has often struggled to connect with people who truly understand him, which is precisely why a traditional coaching model didn’t fit his vision. He sees the bigger picture intuitively, but knows that structuring his output is a challenge.
No more output
This became clear during the exercises. The sheer volume of ideas was fascinating, but we had to push hard on saying no, applying a clear filter to what truly served the concept and what didn’t.
One concept
We worked through multiple branding exercises to define who he wanted to help and how he could move away from a traditional coaching model. What emerged was clear: no fixed hourly fees, no fixed meeting place, and a growing interest in building a buddy system for gifted people.
